Order Policy

1. By completing this order, you, the Buyer agrees to pay the invoiced cost for those goods, and agrees to be bound to these contract terms. No acceptance may vary these terms unless specifically agreed in writing by Naturally BeYOUtiful Holistic Salon, or our parent company The Carpe Diem Shoppe, LLC.

2. All payments are final and nonrefundable.

3. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing and shipment of your order.

4. All orders are shipped using 3-day Priority shipping. You, the Buyer are responsible for a flat rate shipping and delivery fee associated with delivering your order.

5. Naturally BeYOUtiful is not liable for any damages that may occur to your order after shipment and before delivery. Please address concerns with local post office.

6. All product ingredients are displayed in the product description. Although our products are made from natural, hypoallergenic ingredients, Naturally BeYOUtiful Holistic Salon is not liable for any irritation, allergic reactions, or other ailments that result from using our products. If skin irritation occurs, please discontinue use and consult a doctor.

7. By completing this order, you, the Buyer agrees to be added to the customer mailing list of Naturally BeYOUtiful Holistic Salon. You acknowledge that you may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

 

Return Policy

1. All orders are final. All payments are nonrefundable once received by Naturally BeYOUtiful Holistic Salon.

2. Products that are damaged upon delivery resulting directly from an action taken or not taken by Naturally BeYOUtiful Holistic Salon will be replaced or substituted, according to the preference of the Buyer and subject to the discretion of Naturally BeYOUtiful Holistic Salon.
